Booking Policy

Felicity Cahill Makeup Artistry

Please take a moment to read the following booking policy carefully before requesting or scheduling an appointment.
By making an appointment with Felicity Cahill Makeup Artistry (FCMUA), you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

How to Book

Bookings are accepted via:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Deposits & Acceptance of Terms

A booking is only secured once the required deposit has been received.
Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions outlined below.

Cancellations & Changes

Notice Period

Any cancellations or changes to an appointment must be communicated more than 48 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Deposits are not transferable to a future appointment unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of FCMUA.

While genuine illness is understood, late cancellations due to reasons such as “the event was cancelled months ago and I forgot to notify you” will be treated as a late cancellation, and full payment may be required.

Rescheduling Appointments

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • The deposit will not be refunded

  • The deposit may not be transferred to a future booking
    This will be assessed at the discretion of FCMUA at the time of cancellation.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in:

  • Full payment being required

  • No future bookings being accepted until payment is received

Repeated no-shows will not be rebooked and may result in refusal of future appointments.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.

If you arrive late:

  • Your appointment time may need to be shortened

  • If there is insufficient time to complete the service, the appointment may be cancelled

  • Full payment will still be required

Long-Term Cancellations (60 Days or Less)

For makeup appointments cancelled or changed with less than 60 days’ notice, FCMUA reserves the right to retain the initial deposit.
A new deposit may be required to secure any future booking.
